Our largest apartment with approx. 127 m², 4 rooms with open fitted kitchen, shower with toilet, 2 balconies, 2 TV/DVD/satellite, parquet floors, high old building ceilings, located on the 2nd floor as the only apartment on this floor.

Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, stove and hood.

Washing machine and dryer integrated in the kitchen area and can be used free of charge.

Ideal number of guests between 2 and 4 people – maximum 6 people.

Upon arrival, the apartment is cleaned and the beds are freshly made.

Check in

Our usual check-in times are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Please inform us in advance about your planned and expected arrival time. It is best if you call us about 30 minutes before arrival and tell us your exact time of arrival. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. we charge an additional administration fee (see our conditions for guest stays).

Check out

Our usual check-out times are daily until 11am. From this point on we start cleaning the apartment. Of course you can start your return or onward journey at any time before. Simply place the keys on the dining table and close the front door behind you (please do not leave any keys in the lock from the inside). For later departures, please contact us (see also our conditions for guest stays).

Payment

The entire apartment price (plus cleaning fee) is to be paid at the latest on arrival and key handover. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and bank cards. Of course also cash payment.

Final cleaning

We charge a one-time fee of €80.00 for cleaning your apartment. With this flat rate, we assume that our guests will generally leave the apartment in a tidy and orderly condition. In the case of a high degree of soiling, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for the additional cleaning effort.

Pets

Please understand that your pets cannot be kept/brought along in our apartments. If necessary, please inform yourself about an animal pension in the region.

Parking

1. Kongresshaus car park (directly under Augustaplatz; approx. 50 meters from our Stadthaus): daily price approx. €20.00

2. APCOA multi-storey car park (Lichtentaler Straße; approx. 100 meters away): daily price approx. €18.00. APCOA also offers cheaper multi-day tickets (e.g. 7 days in total for €70.00).

To unload and load your vehicle, our guests can stop directly in front of our house for a short time.
